Neil D. Gilpin, CPA
Joining the firm in 1980, Neil has over forty years of experience in public accounting. He provides assurance, tax, consulting, and bookkeeping/payroll services to clients in the health care, oil and gas, manufacturing, and not-for-profit industries.
Neil is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Oklahoma Society of CPA’s. He graduated from Oklahoma State University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting.
Neil’s extensive involvement in the community includes volunteering time at his church and with Sigma Nu fraternity at Oklahoma State University.
Shaun B. Wertz, CPA
Shaun has over 25 years of experience in public accounting and provides assurance, tax, and consulting services to an array of corporate and individual clients.
Shaun has extensive client service experience in the manufacturing, not-for-profit, construction, and oil and gas industries. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Oklahoma Society of CPA’s.
Shaun graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a bachelor’s degree in accounting. He serves his church as a member of the finance team and serves on the board of the Rotary Club of Southeast Tulsa.
Taylor D. Gilpin, CPA
In January 2014, Taylor was admitted as a partner in the firm. He manages the daily operations of the firm and helps manage the firm’s assurance and accounting engagements across many different industries, including clients in the health care, manufacturing, construction, and not-for-profit sectors.
Taylor also provides review, compilation, individual and corporate tax services for an array of clients, and has performed various consulting engagements in the CFO and Controller role.
Taylor graduated from Oklahoma State University with a bachelor’s degree in economics and a master’s degree in accounting. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Oklahoma Society of CPA’s
D. Brent Allison, CPA, CMA
Brent joined the firm in January 2015 and was admitted as a partner in 2018. Prior to joining the firm he was a senior manager at a national public accounting firm. He manages the firm’s audit engagements across many industries, including non-profit, healthcare, manufacturing, construction, and employee benefit plans. He also provides review, compilation, and individual and corporate tax services for a variety of clients.
Brent has served on the board of a number of non-profit organizations and is a member of Leadership Tulsa ‘s Class 61. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Oklahoma Society of CPA’s, and the Institute of Management Accountants.
Brent graduated from Oklahoma State University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a bachelor’s degree in finance.
Seth P. Carr, CPA
Partner | scarr@cgwpllc.comSeth was admitted as a partner in the firm in January 2018. He has over 15 years of experience in public accounting.
Seth has extensive experience in the areas of individual and corporate tax, compilation and review services. He also provides consulting services for not-for-profit organizations.
Seth graduated from Northeastern State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Oklahoma Society of CPAs.
