Jeff is a partner in the firm and has been in public accounting for over thirty years. He is a graduate of Oklahoma State University with a degree in Business Administration and a major in accounting.
Professional experience includes expertise in providing audit, review, tax and business management services to primarily small business clients. He has worked extensively with businesses in the manufacturing, oil and gas, real estate, not-for-profit, and health care areas.
Jeff is a member of the American Institute of CPA’s, Oklahoma Society of CPA’s, Tulsa Chapter of the OSCPA and the Financial Planning Association. In addition, he has served on a number of boards for various community, social and non-profit organizations.
Neil D. Gilpin, CPA

Joining the firm in 1980, Neil has over thirty years of experience in public accounting. He provides assurance, tax, consulting, and bookkeeping/payroll services to clients in the health care, oil and gas, manufacturing, and not-for-profit industries.
Neil is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Oklahoma Society of CPA’s. He graduated from Oklahoma State University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting.
Neil’s extensive involvement in the community includes volunteering time at his church and with Sigma Nu fraternity at Oklahoma State University.
Shaun B. Wertz, CPA

Shaun has over 20 years of experience in public accounting and provides assurance, tax, and consulting services to an array of corporate and individual clients.
Shaun has extensive client service experience in the manufacturing, not-for-profit, construction, and oil and gas industries. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Oklahoma Society of CPA’s.
Shaun graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a bachelor’s degree in accounting. He serves his church as a member of the finance team and serves on the board of the Rotary Club of Southeast Tulsa.
